Stephen Price
Stephen Price is an expert Criminal Defence Attorney called to the Ontario Bar in 1976. In his 35+ years of practice, Stephen has skillfully defended thousands of cases for his clients. His ability to succeed in court has earned him an excellent province-wide reputation in the area of criminal drinking and driving law.
Stephen specializes in driving related offences and is recognized for his expertise in impaired driving, over 80 and refuse breath cases.
He is active in the law community and chaired the Continuing Education Impaired Driving Seminar presented by the Law Society of Upper Canada for several years, and remains a guest speaker at the annual conference. He has published numerous articles on drinking and driving laws and has led several seminars presented to Justices of the Ontario Court of Justice, the Law Society of Upper Canada and The Canadian Bar Association.
